@janetschwartz1790 My friend used to slap his two boys when they were misbehaving. At one point they just laughed at him and he stopped and used psychological techniques from then on. They are two well balanced adults now.

It is possible because if something happened in society that meant beat coppers was a must it would be implemented. Even though it is not a must at the moment it shows that it could be done tomorrow.
