Housing Associations can not just kick you out because you have an assured tenancy. You have to be rehoused back into social housing no matter what happens regardless of plans.

@BinkySocks Nope you have an assured tenancy after 12 months so they can’t kick you out. You will always be entitled to social housing and be right at the top of the list whether they knock down and rebuild or a catastrophe happens where you lose your house. They might off you £5,000 and then if you are stupid enough you take it you end up in the private sector, otherwise they have to rehouse you by law. Try to get it right and do some research if you don’t know anything about assured tenancies.
