  1. They just pay the school every year to give them the paperwork to say they are on a course, and after 10 years they can then get on the system. If anything these are the productive immigrants who will go to work and do so for 20 hours a week until that time comes. The boatmen are the total opposite and as we have found out recently are the millers and are very unproductive. I know which ones I would prefer.
