  1. There is a bell curve with most things. That means most will be average and you are going to get the really brainy and the real slow, but they are few and far between. The average for inhabitants from different regions will differ. The people in the extreme brainy side for europeans are far brainier than what this Nigerian fellow is. I bet there are no Nigerians at that level.
