It depends on what money is on the exchanges. Reform are second favourites to win the election but Farage is favourite to be next prime minister. He is 3.65 on the exchange, just above 5/2 which equates to 3.5. Some might be thinking how can he be favourite on one but not on the other. That is because their are a lot of candidates that could be next prime minister in the other parties which push the prices up fir them. It is not rigged, it is where the money is going.
