  16. Nic didn’t just start attacking everybody. It seemed looking at the video it was the ones attacking him. Yes it was over the top for what he did but there are mitigating circumstances. I think 10 years to think about it inside jail should be sufficient. Everybody learned a lesson that day.

He could have easily got a fatal neck wound or his eyes gouged out. You don’t let that near you once you make a quick assessment of how much danger you could be in. He was in a lot of danger early on.
