  1. Yea but once it is out of the cabinet you can nick it anyway. All spirits already have tags on them. What is the difference of asking for 4 bottles of spirits because you are buying for a party, or just going and picking them from a shelf? If you try to nick them you are going to set off the alarm anyway. It must be just for psychological reasons that they are kept under lock and key, or they must have face recognition software on the ceiling that will flag up a known thief before he can get his hands on the bottles.
