  1. It should be done like in Holland through the petrol pumps. It is a fair way of doing it. How can Khan be in charge of what is a government tax? People with vehicles would have to pay for driving or riding in London and again for use of the roads outside London. Car and motorcycle users are not going to have any of that as they will get bigger bills than they already pay. Through the petrol pumps is the fairest way controlled by central government only. Those who hardly drive get to pay less and heavy users pay more. Obviously the heavy users are going to pay more than now, but then why should somebody who hardly uses their vehicle pay the same as somebody that uses the road 20x more? The more mileage you do the more wear and tear on the roads you cause. It has worked in Holland all these years so it should be the same here. I suppose heavy users would think that light users should pay the same rate as them but that is a totally unfair system that needs to be changed.
