  1. It is more cringe and embarrassing that you have to apologise and grovel over something that really who cares about. You was one day out from Yom Kippur and nine from the early date. Just a quick laugh at yourself would have sufficed. A monologue as if you were trying to appease the crowd is a tad too much from a middle aged bloke who gives a great service every day.
