  2. Polygon has a good take on the ending leaving people not emotionally invested enough for a sequel to be made. The ending left nothing but bewilderment. I just can’t get past how Lee just let her boss do what he did when she could have opened up the dolls cranium to stop the curse, obviously with the butt of her pistol. 5/10 for me and that is generous.

  3. Why did she let her boss go through with what he did instead of opening up the dolls cranium? She knew what he was going to do and let it happen. Why? I know that her gun blanked but the dolls head was only made out of porcelain. She could have used the butt of her pistol. It seems a bit odd that she did not do that knowing what was about to happen.
