Canada needs its own 2nd amendment type laws Law abiding Canadains need to be able to carry weapons for self defense this should include pepper spray and tazers and firearms

@Forty Two mass shooters have pretty much all made threats online or to family and friends, and the police failed to do anything. And you're talking about the US, not Canada. Do you realize pal and rpal holding commit fewer crimes than police officers? As for terrorists they will use anything vehicles,bombs,firearms,hammers, etc.

@Forty Two any where from 500k to 3 million Americans, use firearms for self-defense every year. Somewhere around 5% of all mass shooters are killed by citizens, many are known to police and have been warned that person is about to commit that crime and the police do nothing or ignored warnings. The US has around 15k deaths by violent crimes with firearms, many by gangsters. Canada is not the US I'm not advocating for the Americans style of 2nd amendment but an canadain style of 2nd amendment with the same requirements we already have first a person wanting to carry a firearm for self defense would have to get a pal then an rpal then another license and training for concealed carry.
