Lol when something is "FREE" it just means someone eles is paying for it.. This will only increase the cost and make wait times long like everything eles government touches it turns to crap.

@jtrain9926 when and where did I say anything about libertarianism? However, I do like their way of thinking. Normally, when the government gets involved, it cost the taxpayers more than it would if citizens just paid for it themselves. Why, you ask? It's simple, government waste of tax dollars on administrative bureaucracy,set up the programs etc etc etc.
