  6. At the beginning of my weight loss journey, I would try to drink as much water as I could to lose weight. I would drink til my stomach was full. It caused me to burp ucontrollably throughout the day, sometimes til my esophagus hurt, especially after eating and during working out. On some days, I would stop burping literally only when sleeping. Thank God when I got back to normal water intake, I slowly recovered. I couldn't drink while eating for a long time, but now I'm overall fine. I still burp a little from time to time but I think I'm ok. DON'T ever drink too much water, EVER.
