  3. As a Canadian, I am proud and pleased that the Meidastouch network has chosen to spotlight this. And also happy that Americans were also becoming aware of how we here feel about the new approach from Trump towards us. No respect for us, our sovereignty, and it’s as if he feels he can do anything he wants, with no consequences. I think Trump is going to get pushback too. He isn’t going to just do whatever he feels like, with no consequences. I’m pleased with Charlie Angus, he really said it like it is.

Or, people who have things in common with him, like his sexual antics and his criminal actions. These folks only looked at the surface, the trash talking, boorish guy who could be entertaining and reflected their fears with immigrants. But they missed the serious dark proposals he is suggesting with Project 2025.

  42. He said we needed to do things to make the border safer…we’ve done a serious effort to do that, but he will not stop imposing the tariffs. And then he said, that it’s “about the revenue” the tariffs will bring for the federal government. So, not about the border after all. And CANADA isn’t the problem, with fentanyl, etc., coming INTO US from here. But, our border people got several KILOS of cocaine (I think) coming in here, from US just a day or so ago. We have guns and drugs coming IN, so a big problem for us, as well. It is a sad day when two friends, as we’ve been, allies, go to war for specious reasons. Trump is blowing up an alliance that has been good for so long. And for what? So he can be a big shot, the King Pin. Argh.🇨🇦

  49. The Republican members of the House can talk about getting rid of the Affordable Care Act, while THEY all have coverage as part of their employment package. Lots of people are working two or three jobs, don’t get medical coverage and can’t afford care if they need it. So the House guys are ok with people suffering bc they are poor.

But it shouldn’t be the MO for a president and any of his henchmen. And then, collect more money in profit, after not paying your workers what they really deserve. It all goes to profit for the corporate leaders and the shareholders! Over the next while, Americans will get poorer, as the corporate leaders and others will make much more money. It won’t “trickle down” to the average wage earning American.
