  1. I do think longevity is also genetic. Having parents who grew old, like into 90’s, may be indicative that you will too. We shall see. I realize I have a “best before date” and am ok with that.

  2. I walk more slowly, due to arthritis. I move around but am not out walking and doing exercises all the time. Have low blood pressure and feel mentally sharp. I do crosswords and word games. But I get that some of these things are indicative. I haven’t a lot of strength in my hands. And opening jars a challenge. Still, I’m 78 and expect to be around for another 10 years or so.
