  1. The lesson of not having mercenaries come to fight your battles…is exemplified by the Romano Britons bringing in the Angles, Saxons and Jutes to fight their enemies. The Angles, Saxons and jutes liked it so much in Britain, the came and settled. Changed the whole future of the Sceptred Isle.
