@lookupverazhou8599 It's holding the boss of the police responsible. The whole idea of "this thing" is that you at the end of the day, as a citizen, are the authority when it comes to your government. If you think you're unable to enforce your will on the local government, the police, etc... there are things you're supposed to be doing to correct that. There's a spectrum of what you should be doing to address it and at this point we can't even talk about what that is. The absolute most pathetic response is to throw your hands up and say that specifically aggrieved citizens should get nothing because you have given up on controlling your government. That is absolutely fucking pathetic, and in service of more corruption. Not less. Put your money where your mouth is and fight the incompetence at the police station instead of going after victims.

Family member of mine lost his life to an ATV. After hearing so many stories I don't even get it. I actually can't even imagine how you could control that fucking thing without a flat track or a trail you know every little thing about. Which isn't even fun. Otherwise, it's easy as he'll to hit an incline that is less wide than your fat stupid go-cart. It's just a murder machine.

@lookupverazhou8599 I dont have time to copy paste the entire contents of Common Sense but you should've read it already. What you're describing as a solution is anarchy. I don't even need to insult you further than that but god knows you've insulted your own intelligence plenty just by asking that. At this point it's hard to believe you're anything other than a shill for a national or regional police group because your only suggestion is to end lawsuits against the police, with no replacement mechanism for accountability. Little bit fucking convenient.
