  3. It's not just that. It's that every single public appearance.. EVERY SINGLE ONE she comes off as if she is on pills. I wouldn't say that without evidence, so I'm not claiming she's on pills. But she lacks the ability to produce serious speeches, and deliver them. Idk what the problem is. But she is legitimately useless in public speaking. So bad that for a while it was hard to tell who was worse between her and Biden.
