That's how 10% turns to 25% in 5years even with normal rates. But if you look at price of goods its obviously closer to 50% 50% inflation in 5 years. FFS I'd be embarrassed to be working at any public funded companies anymore. You are literally stealing from the children and innovators in this country. that includes anyone with a government contract.

  8. Same up here in jville. They have nearly filled in the entirety of the East side of the St Johns. "from the river to the sea" all the way down to St Augustine, with big budget single family housing and sparse apartment buildings in between. Large population of "new wealth" from overseas that are about to get walloped.
