@KingFergus This is a pretty silly fight. He's not saying the market is not going to crash. he's just saying that dividend cut is not a sign. Nobody believes it is that bad until it is happening to them. No reason to get upset at this guy or anyone else. Just about every major company on the planet rn with typical corporate structure is going to be invested in optimism so big chance you waste your breath on a bot anyways.

@KingFergus I wish they would sell houses in Florida but Idk how many. I'd need to do a drive by in my area but even then I could not confirm. I need to see more sources for that because so far all I've seen is one guy walking around tampa, and this is something that I would like to see happen. I'm one of the people stupid enough to be born too late for this asset bubble so I'd love to see it pop.
