  2.  @donotreportmebro  Dollar store is below walmart in terms of quality which is bad. It means you're eating garbage. There's very little meat or vegetables. The answer is picking a healthy bulk brand and shopping at bulk stores once a month. Whole products are best. Fully chickens. and freeze.
