@thatshowtheygetyou Nope. The problem is hiring certain workers over others for the wrong reasons. If you didn't notice, its hard to keep business afloat. There isn't time to stop and balance the melanin 100%. That's foolish and stupid, and ignores the main problem that is school funding. In fact it attempts to cover that problem and bypass it by using cheap labor. Maybe if your business was focused on success, or the country's focus in general was success, and not reparations, we'd be in a better spot. I've even went out midwest where demographics were no one's concern, and they still had half their business in China. What the fuck did Genx/Boomers expect would happen.
