  2. The hierarchy of needs or consciousness or whatever theory suggests people revert in empathy and thoughtfulness after experiencing enough of the same behavior from the people around them. There's also evidence your frontal lobe atrophies in isolation.

  5. This is paid-for BS. Automation is not reducing your wages. Global slave wages are. Because inflation is the main culprit for high prices, and the government can afford to bullshit the numbers, and the corporations have decided hiring overseas is the only way to fix the problem. Obviously this does not work as inflation is getting more out of hand and the main engine of this economy is consumer spending.
