  1. Yes you are right, modern British and irish carry more Iberian farmer DNA than Germanic and Nordic despite not being that different from Scandinavians, apparently Norse people are more closely related to uralics. Europe DNA mixtures are so complex despite being so small.

According with recent anthropologic discoveries, most Vikings actually had dark hair, and didn't have to much of modern Scandinavian DNA, each nation moved to different locations, Norwegians and Danish moved to British islands and Iceland, Sweden to the Baltic sea. Northern European's ancestors invested most of their time on agriculture, while other northern people like Siberians depended some much more of whale and seal hunting.

Sweden has the oldest northern European ancestry, blonde hair originated there, blue eyes and pale skin originated between the middle East and West Asia, so brown eyes and blonde hair it's the original swedish combination.
