Most people know what a woman is, the thing is that a lot of people are wrapping a bunch of problems with a single cause, when in reality they are all separated, transgender people exist, but that doesn't mean they automatically need to identify with a biological sex they weren't born with. We are far from a possible "cure", but remember that everything in our body came from a mutation, our skintones, lactose tolerance, hair and eyes color are mutations, some illnesses are mutations too, the difference is that illnesses are very harmful. If certain mutations became very beneficial or don't really affect the balance then they are no longer considered negative, that's what happened to homosexuals or people with chromosome mutations like vitiligo or albinism, they may affect the individuals life negatively, but not much if they take proper care of themselves.
