Male and female puberty are different, males change the most after puberty, so even if you low your testosterone levels, things like height and bone structure shape wont change, bone density, hair development, mood, breasts could change but minimally. Transgender men in the other side change a lot after hormone treatments, they develop male traits.

  2. So basically is the same reason why trangender women look the most like biological females if they take estrogen before male puberty, that way they avoid the traits linked with testosterone.
