Pinos influenced mexican food too! We have a lot of southeast asian goods thanks to them. Mangoes, rice, soy, bananas, etc... Adobo is a staple dish in mexico nowdays and also came from the Philippines, but the mexican version incorporates much more chilli and it looks red instead of brown.

@Papichul070, that's true, there are several artifacts and toys with wheels in the museum of anthropology of xalapa, specifically from olmec culture which is also one of the oldest mesoamericana cultures, Oxcarts probably existed too, but the geography of Mexico doesn't help much, since most pre-Hispanic peoples avoided the coast to escape the intense heat, so it would have been difficult to use without pack animals, everything had to be pulled by a human in steep terrain. Perhaps the carts would have been more successful in South America because they had alpacas and llamas.
