  1. New Zealand, Uruguay, Israel have definitely a much bigger white populations than half of the countries listed here. Uruguay has the most non mixed white people, cause the rest of Latin America still has quite mixed, even Argentina cause I know so many people from the Rio de plata region and half of them are dark.

  2. Colorado is subtropical highland arid similar to tibet or turkey , it shares latitude with california so it gets cold winters because of elevation but it's average temperature is milder than the midwestern states.
