@user-wm1pi1ix2i Southern brazil is part of the pampas biome, which naturally doesn't have forests. This phenomenon was caused by both "el niño" and global warming, it's a taste what 2 °C could do to our planet. In reality, plankton is the one who produces the most oxygen, much more than forests, so our impact for oceans will hit us first.
