  2. I've done a lot of research into Islam, trying to see if it was good or not. I was taught in school about the Islamic Golden Age, so I wanted to see what was true. Islam has had its ups and down, but currently is in a real down period due to the rise in Fundamentalism, terrorism, and violence.

  3. Greek, Armenian, Assyrian, and Christian Genocides, along with sending a lot of greek christians back to Greece. And that was in the 1900s. With all of the time the Ottomans were in charge, that figures the rest.
