  1. Australia, Canada, and the UK will be in orbit around the US. The US is the middle point and strong lever between each of those countries, and the common culture makes things easier. US has stable geography, decent demography, great economy and military. Canada is already a free rider, and Aus and UK are the extensions of USA into SEA and Europe respectively. USA can't run the world anymore, but it can secure both the Pacific and Atlantic, which is a pretty good chunk of change.

  3. Yeah, there's a lot to recommend it, and it's basically defacto right now anyway, since the economies are so interlinked. And it wouldn't be by war, but by need.

  5. They do all that, and yet they don't give the land back. What a bunch of losers. That's like the US university that said it was a structurally racist organization as a virtue signal, and then was questioned by the Trump administration because that's a serious admission of guilt. :D

  6. I agree. I think it was a conflict between two incompatible lifestyles. I was just reading up on the Utah indian wars. The Mormons were supporters of the Natives, believing them to be descendents of God's chosen people. But European Mormon settlers used agriculture to live, which took up Indian land, and Indians rustled cattle and livestock and were often little better than bandits, which then the settlers defended themselves and punished the offenders. This led to resentment on both sides, which led to war. And this is with the Europeans who liked the natives and wanted to help them. Extrapolate that to other settlers who don't give a damn, and the government that just wants order. Versus the Indians who see their way of life disappearing and want to fight against destiny. It leads to war, and one side lost. And many probably assimilated after that, but the ones that stayed true to their old ways are much diminished.

  7. Not only that, but Spanish is big in the US. After dealing with that, French would be easy. And Americans like French stuff. :D I too really want Canada to want to join the US.

  8. I think the French language would be less of a problem than you think. US is already dealing with Spanish, another latin language, and we're doing ok with it. The Latinos are a lot more removed than the French Canadians, and yet they are integrating well. Plus, Americans fancy French stuff. And Quebec has a strong history of its own autonomy and state's rights, which fits well in the USA. I didn't think much of it before, but several comments on this video have made me feel better about it.

  9.  @miggypeso909  Going beyond that, hispanic culture wants to be considered white. So does east asian culture. I think this channel has talked about it before, but I believe that in the future, hispanic and east asian will be considered white just like the Irish and Italians.
