  4. Start by drop-kicking liberals OUT OF OFFICE AND OUT OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM! Then hand out serious jail terms to the sociopath people. Liberals are hypnotized by their perceived racial disparity in prison populations and thus lose sight of the truth - that minority people are many, many times more over-represented in criminal behavior.
