Definitions of "mass shootings" tend to be very, very flexible. If a White shoots several victims, it's a mass shooting. If the shooter is black and a half-dozen are wounded and/or killed, it's not a mass shooting.

The stumbling block is that bad joke we call "liberal thinking." Which refuses to hold criminals accountable for their misdeeds. I agree, that a stiff prison sentence in itself is not much of a deterrent. But the good side is, once the criminals are locked up, they can't commit more crimes until they're released.

@NOV123 Sorry to disagree but poverty does not cause crime! That's a liberal whine they invented to excuse the crimes and misconduct by the black population. If poverty caused crime, our European ancestors would have bred nothing but criminals. Many of them having arrived with almost nothing in their pockets.

It was not uncommon when I was a kid. Only difference being their population was smaller, thus shootings somewhat fewer.
