  1. I can't bring myself to believe this story. Shootings, rapes, assaults and killings almost NEVER happen in Philly. Especially on subways and buses.

  2. Yes! Surely that community has done so much and made such a great effort to put the City of Philadelphia on the map.

  3. Why shot 12 times? One shot should have been enough to do the job. When are these shooters going to learn how to handle their guns? What a waste of ammunition if it takes 12 shots to make a kill.
