Crime is so out of control it's laughable. Year To Date for Chicago: Shot & Killed: 429; Shot & Wounded: 2002; Total Shot: 2431; Total Homicides: 471! Philly is trying hard to catch up to those numbers. NYC and Baltimore - a bad joke.
