  3. How much is 27 acres of heavy timber worth. It has a 300 foot well but no power with in 6 miles so it will be all solar and generator. And 2 junk snacks. What's it worth. State land on 3 sides. In lake county

  6. I got my land in 2007. In 2009 i built my off grid cabin. Its still going today. I could live there 365 but dont. Taking care of my in laws.90 and 85. I did 30 years in a factory had 3 kids.retired at 52 years old.had a 25 year loan. Paid it off in 5 years. Then i flipped 14 homes made money on each. Never had a loan since 1993. I have power bill but its 80 bucks or less in town. 1200 per year in water sewer and trash. Cheap living. Ten miles from cabin now. Go there lots .garden an food plots a dozen apple trees. Hunt fish cut my wood for both places. Im 60 now but wish i was 25 .its a good life. Looking to help other young folks that need ideas. Kyle you need a gokd smoker and electric pressure cooker. To can your meat easy but go electric.very simple. Free and ez its a great life. I get all my water from town free. Invest your cash now in 40 years youll have a few million bucks to play with. Watch your spending youll do fine.
