  1. When i did my shitter. I had to buy a permit. And theres rules. I needed a new plastic 55 gal barrel open top and no holes in the rest of it. And yes a man came to inspect it b4 i could use it and they check it out good for holes. Check with your county rules or theyll make you take it out. They are funny about shitters and why i dont know. But check the rules out
