  1. That's like the person who shot a man 7 times, once in the face, for "assaulting" him by calling him the "N" word. This happened outside of Philadelphia. The man had called him the "word" and grabbed his shirt, so he shot him 5 times, then twice while he lay on the ground. So calling someone is now grounds for murder.
