  1. Her "husband" boxed in the State Police car from behind, breaking the law. Then gets out and obstructs the Trooper from doing his job. Meanwhile the wife is making it a point to say that she works for the mayor and a poc repeatedly. She was stopped for tailgating, and driving with wipers and no headlights, aggressive driving, and other vehicle code violations. I'm sure the DA's office will find all fault with the Trooper.
