Pretty much every policy Bernie is advocating for would disproportionately help blacks. Universal health care, providing college education, raising the minimum wage, criminal justice reform and legalizing weed, restoring voter rights to all, and more are all issues that disproportionately affect blacks and would disproportionately help blacks if implemented.

Does Bernie singlehandedly winning the war of ideas and swaying public opinion when it comes to universal health care count as doing even if it isn't the law of the land? Does Bernie forcing Amazon raise their minimum wage count as doing? Ultimately he can't do it all by himself. There is a reason he calls for a "political revolution."

Nowhere does he say anything of the sort. Him not making promises about a running mate is totally fucking different. The fact of the matter is, whether or not you want to be intellectually honest about it or not, is that he can't promise anything specific about who his running mate should be because we simply are not at that part of the game and he isn't at a point where he is picking a running mate. I personally think the best choice for his running mate, when the time comes and that is way off in the future, should be Nina Turner. And he has said NOTHING to suggest that she couldn't be on his ticket. You are just a fucking liar and smear merchant. I judge people by the content of their character and you seem to have none.
