Yup. I am a big fan of Tulsi but I'm seriously pissed about this and angry at progressives for not talking more about the real problem of splitting the vote. I even sent her an email (I'm on her mailing list as if she ever saw it... I know she didn't) to say don't run months ago. And said she should be doing anything and everything to help Sanders win.

Is that why we are in so many wars? Because our military commanders believe in peace?

@Derek_The_Magnificent_Bastard Again... I wholeheartedly agree with everything you said with only one tiny caveat. I only wish everyone thought the same.... including Tulsi about "all progressives should be throwing their weight behind Bernie because he is by far the most popular." The only thing I don't exactly agree with personally is, "really the only person in my eyes that can beat Trump." Trump is terrible and most everyone realize it except for his most devout worshipers but they are far from the majority. Even arguably the most despised "democrat," Hillary Clinton, got millions more votes then him. And the only reason she lost the EC and general election was because she was accurately perceived to have won her primary illegitimately. We need Bernie not because he is our only hope of beating Trump, but because he is our best hope of winning the more important election, the "democratic" primary, against their corporate shills and our best hope of overcoming their rigged game. Should the dems succeed in getting someone like Biden, Booker, or Harris the nomination I am confident they will win the general assuming they win the primary without too much bullshit of theirs being exposed. That said it is incredibly important that never come to pass. We need a progressive and true change for the country desperately right now and not a corporate dem in the WH. Peace.

@Derek_The_Magnificent_Bastard Well I can't disagree with any of that. Thank you for restoring some faith I've lost in humanity and progressives as I've been completely dumbfounded as of late how so many dismiss the effects of vote splitting.

Regarding, "Most voters don’t pay enough attention to foreign policy." Meh. Arguably the biggest factor in Obama winning his first primary was because he voted against the Iraq war. That said it is accurate to say that people tend to care first and foremost about domestic policy over foreign policy.

Eisenhower is the exception, not the rule.

How's the smear business going for you today?

To be fair (and by fair I mean fuck that guy), neither did Trump.

@PieDisliker Agreed. And I'd like to apologize to actual shit. It does not deserve to be compared to Ajit. My sincerest apologies to poop.
