The guy who is ripping the party a new asshole is a shill for them? Holy shit are you stupid.

I can't say for sure because I'm happily done with the corporate media but I think I can safely assume this will NEVER be covered by them. And if they do cover it they will try to polish this turd and act as if this is ok.

Paganbeer I wish I were a youtube superdelegate so that I could give your comment a few thousand thumbs up. I can't agree with a statement more than yours.

Actually he, as I do, support an all fronts approach. I support efforts of a hostile takeover of the party and I support building alternative parties if hostile takeover isn't successful. (or even if hostile takeover does succeed I STILL want viable alternatives) I support progressives. That is the important label to me. I don't care if someone is a democrat, green, independent or other. I'm happily not a registered democrat but I'm also fortunate to live in a state with an open primary. If I had to I'd register at least long enough to vote in the "democratic" primary. Leave room for nuance in your thinking. Be willing to support the guy getting fucked over in the audio even if he has the audacity to run as a democrat. That is very different that being willing to support corporate dems. Nobody is saying you should be doing that.

Regarding, "is this supposed to be controversial?" Yes. Absolutely and obviously. Seeing as how you don't understand this obvious truth I didn't bother to read the rest of your shit. I'm just going to assume it is equally idiotic.

As am I but if I were living in a state with a closed primary I would be doing what I need to to vote in the "democratic" primary.

Money in politics is the problem that makes all other problems all but impossible to solve.

Follow the money. That is a good indication of who you should and should not be supporting.

It's all absolutely what anyone paying attention should expect and already see but it is nice to have concrete evidence of their shenanigans.

Tilleman was the guy getting fucked over.

No prob. I totally agree with all the points you made. Thanks for giving me some reason to have faith in humanity.

The party but is a dumpster fire but don't throw the baby out with the bath water. Keep in mind that the guy getting fucked over in this audio is a "democrat." Support progressives whenever and whereever you can find them. They are few and far between in that party but they do exist and you should be supporting them. Fuck that party but support good people.

They didn't push here because they "thought she would be strong in the general." They knew she was weak. That is just the bullshit they used to try and justify them rigging the game. And don't think that losing to Trump was there biggest fear. It wasn't. They preferred him win than Sanders.

It would be easier for me to address what is right with her and that is nothing.

Jason you only have one good idea in my opinion and that one is pretty fucking obvious.... get rid of superdelegates. Yup. Obviously. Of course. But I do not like caucuses. Voting should be as easy and painless as possible. Caucuses require a larger investment of time. People should also be allowed to vote anonymously if they want. My favorite part of caucuses is that they are harder to flip votes but that isn't a good enough reason to go to them exclusively but rather is a good reason to reform primaries and make them better. Everyone should be able to have one primary vote that they can cast whereever they want. We also need to be doing anything and everything to ensure that a persons vote, whereever it is, has equal say. That means that all primaries should be held on the same day for all parties... you know, how we do it for a general election. That also means that the EC NEEDS to go. I don't care what state you live in, your vote should just as much say as anyone else in the country. The EC just makes sure that peoples votes are not counted equally. Votes in swing states are exceptionally meaningful and votes in deep red and deep blue states are fucking meaningless. Politicians should be incentivized to try and win every voter in every state.... not just the swing states like now.

As always you are an idiot.

The party is not suppose to be crowning candidates before primary elections and putting their thumb on the scales to influence elections in that way. Even the piece of shit DNC seems to understand this concept according to their own fucking charter. From article 5 section 4 of their own charter, "In the conduct and management of the affairs and procedures of the Democratic National Committee, particularly as they apply to the preparation and conduct of the presidential nominating process, the Chairperson shall exercise impartiality and evenhandedness as between the Presidential candidates and campaigns. The Chairperson shall be responsible for ensuring that the national officers and staff of the Democratic National Committee maintain impartiality and evenhandedness during the Democratic Party Presidential nominating process." Um, yeah DNC. That is how it is suppose to be done. Obviously you are suppose to be impartial and evenhanded but thanks for saying it. But what would be even better than you saying it is you living it. And it is obviously controversial when you are rigging the game as opposed to doing the right thing and letting the people decide.
