  1.  @brothermine2292  In reality the EC is a garbage system with no redeeming value. It takes a system that is as good as it is going to get, most votes wins, and makes some votes more meaningful than others.

You are acting like votes were cast and now the rules are proposed to be changed. Your comment is really dumb. By your "logic" the day after the election is the "middle of the game."   3.  @The_Highlander001  Regarding, "how would you actually get rid of it?" It really isn't that hard and an effort to get this done is already being attempted. You need states controlling a majority of delegates to agree to give their delegates to the candidate who wins the popular vote. States have already signed onto this. But it only kicks in when they get the necessary majority. And any state that isn't one of the few swing states should be interested in this. This isn't rocket science.

And their representatives are going to keep it that way because they have zero principles and are partisan hacks. Fuck both parties. I want the EC gone because it's wrong and stupid. Most votes should win. Some votes shouldn't count more than others. Fuck the EC because it's terrible.
