The point of the comment is that Hillary, David Brock, and "Correct the Record" are spending millions of dollars paying people to troll the internet because the queen doesn't have enough actual support without paying for it. It also points out that Hillary has zero ethics or she would avoid the practice. If you missed those points it was only because you are an idiot.
