@marhosan Until you understand all money is debt based then you won't understand money, the way that you must look at it is that USA has created 35 trillion dollars, and is anybody refusing money?

@marhosan It's not a theme, it is how money is created. Banks and govt through their respective central bank create money through debt. That's how money is created for us to use as ameans of exchange, as soon as it hits an account we call it money but all money is debt based. They are the same thing, less debt by them, banks, means less money. If the public can't get new debt and the govt reduces the amount of deficit, that reduces the amount of money in the system, if taxes stay the same, which don't pay for any current spending. As all money is debt, paying off the loan through taxes makes this money not exist any more, money does not build up in society unless debt does. In fact if all the debt was paid back there would be no money in the world. Zero is the resting point of all debt.

@ This is all currencies that print their own and gold is valued still in a currency. Saying that it applies to banknotes is of course wrong and how would the difference apply between the ones and zeroes in your account and when you take cash out? In example have you ever had used notes come out of an atm? All money is debt based and taxes like paying off a loan, make that loan amount less. Gold was supposedly the amount of gold applied to the amount of currency was a limiting factor to money production, this was never really adhered too, not in the last 100 years anyway.

@marhosan PS It is better to say that you did not understand money than say it applies to bank notes or that the same system wasn't based in gold, it's the same system just based in two different things.
