It's not like the rich don't own a large percentage around the world, the point is it goes further than that. These people control the govt, and control the education system, that we are forced to give our children to and wonder why society is getting dumber. It's a case of controlled idiocracy because we are products of our environment and democracy only works when people are educated, calling what we have because of ignorant by design is what needs to change, giving children to the people we don't trust is them getting in before children are adults, by the time they are they are trained to be dumb cogs in the system for those people.
