  1. Mid 50's, just possibly retired, seeing how it goes, closed my sole trader business and a lot of my days were in contact with people I'd known more than 20 years, so a big hole. I find introversion in myself is more a response or rather an effect and society is the cause. We are born into a system of a debt based economy, these children don't get taught that holding other people's debt and putting it to things of proper value, raising the general wellbeing, would do much better for the world, they get taught profit is good, for profits sake only. The only thing I can do now is work on myself, I'm down 14kg in 3.5 months 30lb, sometimes being alone gives you the time to do what it is that you wouldn't do with friends or otherwise occupied so possibly you are here for a reason other than you being wrong or incorrect as you might believe. At 32 I would stay healthy, be outside, be the person you want to be, be the person who if you won a million dollars tomorrow you would be ready to enjoy it the most. When you get to that stage or even if you are now, I am sure you are going to attract different people and experiences to yourself and all people have opportunities in their lifetime, not everybody can take advantage of them or recognise them, sometimes being alone can mean you're just more ready to. If it's loneliness instead of being alone, then system change is needed, changing to a better system of living, as they say 15 minutes a day exercise... sorry this went on longer than i wanted just wanted to say hang in there, leaning into it might mean you are in a good spot without realising it.
