  1. The presumption of innocence ensures individuals will be punished by a court, only in accordance with the law. No private company is allowed to enact or enforce a verdict before one has been brought before the court. @brendan3720 Added : And even then is a private company allowed to refuse service because of past court sentences. If a murderer got 30 years and when he comes out a private company can't say "oh because of your history, we will continue to punish you"

  3. What absolute Tosh, to say there's no reason to listen to excuses means you won't listen to reasons either which is incredibly ignorant. To then say it's an act of war if USA blew up the pipeline.....I'm shaking my head at the denseness of this comment. What do you think the bombing of civilians for the last 8 years has been to Russia? You should listen to a bit more of his stuff and other people too, who believe the opposite of what the western media says before you have such one sided opinions.
