  1. No they didn't think that was a price too high to pay. If Ukraine hadn't sold itself to the highest bidder, this wouldn't have happened.

  2. Ukr didn't have compulsory military service for a decade while Ru kept it. Russia has fought on this land for thousands of years while Nato and USA aren't prepared and have worked from a position of hubris because they dropped a couple of bombs on civilians 80 years ago and fought people in mud huts for 20 years.

  3.  @kjellarnestromolsen  You know all those defences that Ru has gone over, you know the ones USA had 8 years to put in place, the defences that are behind Ru lines, that's the progress they have made. The goal is regime change in Ukr, this goal is still being achieved.

If American soldiers officially get into Ukraine then it would turn into war, that then means the Russian population get's involved, are obese Americans really going to allow themselves to be drafted? If you really were an army armour enlisted soldier you might not think your tanks are what they once were. When a 20k drone can wipe out an 8 million dollar tank then things have changed.
