Every bit of information you know has been given to you, there is no thinking "for themselves". It depends whether people believe the goal of these technologies is to harm them and most people don't.

@christopherlee7334 I just said you are the pinnacle of that information, like the information I gave you meant you replied, you didn't think for yourself how they got that information even when I told you years of having stone tools and each piece of information rests on another. You haven't thought for yourself how does information accumulate over hundreds of thousands of years, you reacted to my message thinking maybe you are asking an intelligent question? I'm not sure but how do you think ancient pharaohs were able to make masks out of gold ten thousand years ago, aliens or accident because some people found they could beat gold nuggets flat with a stone? What change are you seeing in what I am saying.

@christopherlee7334 I'm not sure what change you saw, ten thousand years ago masks were made out of gold, either alien tech or the result of people beating things with stones for 2000 years before.

@christopherlee7334 You don't think smelting was not here and then just here do you? It was thousands of years of one thing after another that lead people from one discovery to another, every bit of information that you know is from somewhere else and it's quite possible none of us have had any more original thought than somebody in ancient Rome 2000 years ago

@christopherlee7334 They didn't think for themselves any more than if I put you in a maze for the first time and it was the first time you'd used your legs. The first humans were no more than monkeys living in this world today but that still has nothing to do with the point, an ant doesn't think for itself anymore than what we do, but new inventions ARE directly because of what was given to us, even this conversation was given to you so that you could spout something about new inventions because you think it changes something of my quote, which it doesn't, right? Every bit of information, opinion etc etc is because you have seen it or heard it. What original thought, not original product, do you think you have had, one that would be different to somebody 2k years ago?

@christopherlee7334 It's a continuation because of ideas that were given to the person. Original would be something that has never been discussed before. You seem to think everything you have in life magically appeared and didn't have thousands of years of process and I don't understand how you can think that.

@christopherlee7334 Are you saying a new patent has been produced that came from no other ideas before it? The point that you seem to want to argue midlessly and with zero direction other than trying to prove yourself right is that all information everything you know or the person knows has been given to you or that person, it did NOT arrive in a vacuum, if it did and no information came from another source then you can say that no information was given to that person and THEN and only then, can you say it is original. I ask again, have you had an original thought or made an original sound in your life that didn't come from something else. I could do a jump, a twirl and a handstand in a new way and it still wouldn't be an original thought. Inventing things is not original or new so you are only saying the product is, the equation might not have been seen before, but again, it came from information given to the person.
